 Enhancements have been made to this classroom to accommodate use during the COVID-19 pandemic 

   Configurations and/or equipment listed here may supersede the information listed below
  • AV system has been configured to facilitate recording using a laptop or the installed Windows™ computer
  • mounted camera has been aimed and focused to capture writing on the designated whiteboard area
       •  the camera may be used with either a laptop or the installed computer (see instructions)
  • wireless microphone system with 1 lavalier microphone and 1 handheld microphone
       •  the microphones may be used with either a laptop or the installed computer (see instructions) to provide audio for recording
       •  the microphones will also provide voice amplification in the classroom
  • laptops may only be connected to the AV system using the provided HDMI cable (see instructons)
       •  dongles have been provided to adapt HDMI to USB-C, Mini DisplayPort, and DisplayPort laptop connections
  • the installed Blu-ray™ player cannot be used with the recording system
   Please note that instructors are required to maintain their own supply of dry-erase markers and erasers
